1 · Existing token
The asset is an EXISTING ERC-20 on Base. Governance must have enabled it on the factory and named its creator; only that creator may form its one market.
2 · Inventory
Whole tokens to place in the market. This is the NET market inventory you intend; the exact net the pool pulls — and the gross your wallet is debited, — are DERIVED on the review screen. Nothing here is a default.
3 · Quote asset
Only quotes the factory has approved can be chosen. Approval is read live.
4 · Reference price
The opening price is calibrated against the asset's EXISTING market — at least two distinct venues, one of them a TWAP — or against an attested no-existing-market claim with an explicit opening FDV. There is no automatic reader for this yet; what you enter here is what the market is priced from, and it is re-checked before signing.
5 · Pool fee preset
Two presets, compiled into the factory. Not a slider. The fee is part of the pool key, so the two presets are different pools at different addresses.
A formed market's fee is permanently locked. It is part of the pool key, so a different fee is a different pool — never an edit to this one.
The factory’s own presets could not be read, so they are not confirmed here. Reading the factory…
6 · Fee destinations
Both default to your connected wallet and are IMMUTABLE once the market forms. The SATO revenue router and the infrastructure destination are factory immutables.
7 · Prepare → review
Calibrates the opening price, derives the ranges and the EXACT inventory, predicts the vault address and hash-commits the whole configuration. Nothing is signed.
